It seems these cheerleaders were mean to their sister and the sister became even more of a loser because of there taunting and bullying. So....payback time. The girls did not mean it of course and they beg and plead, but that is not going to save them. Both girls are tortured at first individually with each one at a few different point being rendered unconscious by the torture.
